This page explains how 90verse users can request deletion of their account and associated app data.
Delete From The App
If you can still sign in to the 90verse app, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. The app will ask you to confirm before permanently deleting your account.
Request Deletion By Email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the email address linked to your 90verse account. Include your username if you know it.
What We Delete
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- Your 90verse profile, public profile and username reservation.
- Your reviews, ratings, predictions, reactions, comments, follows and notifications.
- Your profile and banner images stored for the app.
Processing Time
In-app deletion starts immediately. Email deletion requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible after we verify account ownership.
Account deletion is permanent. Deleted account data cannot be restored.
