Welcome to 90verse. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 90verse mobile application and related services (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
- You may not impersonate others or create accounts through unauthorised means.
3. Acceptable Use
When using community features (such as posts, comments, ratings, and predictions), you agree not to:
- Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or obscene content.
- Spam, advertise, or distribute malicious software.
- Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the App.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you create. By posting content, you grant 90verse a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
5. Football Data and Third-Party Content
Match scores, statistics, fixtures, and related data are provided by third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that such data is error-free, complete, or up to date. 90verse is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any football league, club, governing body, or tournament organiser.
6. Predictions and Ratings
Prediction and rating features are provided for entertainment and community engagement only. They do not constitute betting, gambling, or any form of wagering, and no real-money prizes are offered through these features.
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, branding, logos, and software, is owned by 90verse and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Subscriptions and Purchases
The App may offer optional paid features in the future. Any such purchases will be subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase and processed through the applicable app store.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 90verse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any lawful reason.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
