Information you provide
- Account information: name, email address, and authentication details when you sign up via email, Google, or Apple.
- Profile and preferences: favourite teams, leagues, and World Cup selections.
- User content: match ratings, predictions, hype reactions, and any content you post in community features.
Information collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data: screens viewed, features used, session duration, and approximate location (country/region), collected via analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
- Device information: device type, operating system, and app version.
- Push notification identifiers: device tokens managed through OneSignal to deliver match alerts you opt into.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the App and its features.
- To personalise your experience (e.g., your favourite teams and tailored content).
- To send notifications you have enabled, such as match reminders, goals, and results.
- To understand usage patterns and improve performance and reliability.

4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services that process limited data on our behalf, including:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and database.
- Mixpanel — product analytics.
- OneSignal — push notifications.
- Football data providers — to display scores, fixtures, and statistics.

5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers listed above, when required by law, or to protect our legal rights. Community content you choose to post may be visible to other users.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 8).
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent. You can delete your account in the App from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. If you cannot access the App, you can request deletion at Delete Account or by emailing support@90verse.com. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU GDPR where relevant.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
